Dearest - The Cardboard Connexion

This is a potentially incomplete track. . . I've tried to convince myself that the song deserves lyrics (which I have already written for it), but my muse tells me it should remain an instrumental as it currently is. I don't know, maybe some feedback would help!

Moon over Mujeres III - The Cardboard Connexion

Third and final. The trilogy is complete.

Moon over Mujeres II - The Cardboard Connexion

The Second installation of the Mujeres series.

Fake Plastic Trees - The Cardboard Connexion

Fake Plastic Trees, originally by Radiohead from their album The Bends. Probably the simplest arrangement I've made to date, featuring only a vocal and a Ukulele (I've been into recording with my uke lately), recorded late at night when I shoud have been studying for a fixed prosth exam.

Moon Over Mujeres I - The Cardboard Connexion

The Moon Over Mujeres sequence was inspired by a very particular moonrise I was witness to over the Gulf of Mexico (on Isla Mujeres). The pictures I captured of that moonrise can be seen at:

This is the first of three parts.

You'll not Feel the Drowning - The Cardboard Connexion

You'll not Feel the Drowning, original song by The Decemberists. On their album, The Crane Wife, This song was part of a nearly thirteen minute medley with two other songs. I liked this segment so much, I decided to record it alone. The original is fantastic, however, and I highly recommend that album to everyone.

Way to Fall - The Cardboard Connexion

Way to Fall, Original song by Starsailor. It was the first cover song I recorded, and I'm pretty happy with it. It features a duet of ukuleles, both played by me simultaneously (okay, I lie!).
